Catering Tender Form 2024

Food concessions are an important and popular aspect of Halifax Show and all applications are on a tender basis. We are looking for tenders for everything from specialist coffee & gin bars in a horse box, to ice-cream vendors, from indian to vegetarian, barbecue to hog roast, artisan foods to sweet treats – you tell us what you have and how much you'd like to bid for your pitch on the showground.

Trade stands can only be booked in units. 1 Standard Unit = 6mx6m Traders may bid for as many units as they require. AREA BOOKED MUST BE INCLUSIVE OF GUY ROPES, TOW BARS ETC. Any traders arriving on the Showground with gazebos/vehicles larger than the pitch booked and paid for will be either charged accordingly or will not be allowed on the Showground if we cannot accommodate the larger stand.

Traders will be sent 2 tickets with their show pack nearer to show day, if more than 2 tickets are required, they are charged at £5.00 extra each, these must be paid for at the time of paying for your tradestand.

Waste Removal Policy *

I understand that Halifax Show is not responsible for removing any Trader's waste and that my booked pitch(es) must be cleared of all waste prior to leaving the showground on show day.
