Halifax Agricultural society is very proud of its loyal members. We currently have about 100 members in two categories:

• Life members who paid a single lump sum and will remain members for the rest of their life.
• Annual members who pay each year.

Membership comes with many benefits:

• Free entry to the Halifax Show for themself and one guest
• Access to the member’s enclosure with seating around the main ring
• Use of the member’s bar
• Access to purchase from the exclusive member’s buffet (currently provided by Craggies farm shop)
• Invite to attend all General meetings including the AGM, and receive emailed minutes of these meetings. This gives a unique opportunity to see what is involved in staging the successful Halifax Show, to meet the team of volunteers who work hard to keep the public happy (with no renumeration) and to have your say.
• Member’s car parking close to the gate.
• A chance to be part of one of the biggest one day agricultural shows in Yorkshire.

Current membership costs:

Life membership: £350.00

Annual membership: £35.00

Please note, we will no longer be offering Junior membership.

No on-the-day membership
No family membership
No discounts for disabilities or carers
Memberships are non-transferable
Annual membership runs from the 1st April – 31st March each year
